    For a soothing cup of Womb Tea, simply add 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain and enjoy the comforting warmth. Customize your tea by adding milk or sweetener to taste.

    Alternatively, for a gentle infusion of its beneficial compounds, prepare Womb Tea overnight by steeping 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water in a large jar. Leave it to steep overnight and enjoy it the next morning at room temperature.

    Vaginal steaming is a time-honored practice used by women across cultures to support reproductive health, emotional balance, and overall well-being. The term “Yoni” comes from Sanskrit, meaning “womb” or “source,” symbolizing the seat of feminine power and creativity.

    This herbal steam blend is crafted to support:

    • Menstrual cycle balance and irregularities

    • Fertility and womb nourishment

    • Postpartum recovery

    • Relief from hemorrhoids and vaginal dryness

    • Gentle detoxification and lymphatic drainage

    • Emotional release and connection to feminine intuition

    Our handcrafted formula includes organically grown herbs, many of which are cultivated in my personal garden. These botanicals are traditionally known for their antibacterial, antifungal, and circulation-boosting properties, making this blend a powerful ally for pelvic wellness.

    Each kraft bag contains 1oz of herbs, offering 4–5 steams per bag.

    Ingredients: Calendula, Yarrow, Mugwort, Comfrey and Rose

    Suggested Use:
    Add ¼ cup of herbs to 6 cups of freshly boiled water. Cover the pot and let the herbs steep for about 5–10 minutes. Once the steam has cooled to a comfortable temperature, position yourself over the pot and allow the warm herbal steam to gently rise.

    You can squat, kneel, or make yourself comfortable using a yoni steam seat or stool—whatever allows you to relax and receive. Drape a blanket around your waist to trap the steam and stay warm. Steam for 15–30 minutes, taking this time to breathe deeply, drop in, and reconnect with your body.

    This practice is best done 1–3 times per month, ideally before or after menstruation, or anytime you feel called to nourish your womb and creative center.
