Suggested Brewing
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf Gynostemma to 8–10 ounces of freshly heated water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
For a stronger infusion, steep longer or re-steep the leaves multiple times. Gynostemma also makes an excellent Sun Tea—simply add the leaves to a glass jar of filtered water and allow the sun to gently infuse the tea for several hours.
